MCA EXTENDS the LAST DATE FOR FILING DIR-3 KYC FOR FINANCIAL YEAR 2018-2019

MCA  Ministry of corporate affairs as extends the last date of filing DIR-3 KYC for the financial year of 2018-2019 till 14 October 2019.

 The Government also amended the Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Rules, 201 and waived off fee shall be payable in respect of e-form DIR-3 KYC or DIR-3 KYC-WEB through web service till 14th October, 2019″.

The fees or filing DIR-3 KYC e-form under rule 12A of companies rule of 2014.

For the financial year ended on 3 l st March 2019, no fee shall be payable in respect of e-form DIR-3 KYC or DIR-3 KYC-WEB through web service till 14th October, 2019″.

MCA to introduce the "SPICe+" form to replace the existing SPICe form.  Stakeholders may please note that as part of the Government of India’s Ease of Doing Business initiative , the Ministry of Corporate Affairs would be shortly notifying   replacing the existing SPICe form to SPICe+ form SPICe+   would be an integrated Web form offering multiple services  name reservation, incorporation, DIN allotment, mandatory issue of PAN, TAN, EPFO, etc. SPICe+   web form, RUN shall be applicable only for the change of name of existing companies.
