Are Company Secretaries doing a " Job " Or  Rendering " Service"... What"s the Truth....?

In India, Company Secretary is a highly qualified professional in the Corporate World. CS is a Key Managerial Person of Company under the provision of Company Act 2013. CS is put along with  Managing Director, CEO, Whole Time Directors and the CFO. Basically, all perform an important role in the company 

the ‘Company Secretaries’ is commonly known as “Corporate Secretary” or “Board Secretary”.

We will practical  approach to understanding the title that Company Secretaries is doing a job or rendering Service

By ‘Job’ here we mean he is working as a Corporate Employee to maximize the profits and mitigate the risks for the Company for which he is working and by ‘Service’ we mean that he is acting as a government nominee to protect its interest.

CS RENDERING SERVICE TO NATION

To Co-relate with the Corporate sector, I completely agree with his words and I also appreciate one more thing that he said we Professionals are not doing a Job but are rendering our services to the nation.

Rendering a service here means protection of the interest of the stakeholders including the government and contributing towards the betterment of the society.

CS provides paly an important role in the Company they provide services to a corporate.

MCA to introduce the "SPICe+" form to replace the existing SPICe form.  Stakeholders may please note that as part of the Government of India’s Ease of Doing Business initiative , the Ministry of Corporate Affairs would be shortly notifying   replacing the existing SPICe form to SPICe+ form SPICe+   would be an integrated Web form offering multiple services  name reservation, incorporation, DIN allotment, mandatory issue of PAN, TAN, EPFO, etc. SPICe+   web form, RUN shall be applicable only for the change of name of existing companies.
