Private Limited Company is the most popular type of  Company in India. This Company is Register under the company act 2013 and incorporation under the rule of 2014. To register a private limited company, a minimum of two shareholders and two directors are required 

Private Limited Company Registration Documents Required :

To register a private limited company, the company’s proposed directors would have to submit the following documents like identity proof:

  • For Indian Nationals – PAN
  • For Foreign Nationals – Passport
The proposed Directors can submit the following documents as proof of address:
  • For Indian Director: Passport/Ration Card/ Aadhar Card id etc
  • For Foreign Director:Passport/bank statement/Resident card.
Finally, the proposed Directors must submit the following documents as proof of residence. This document must be less than 2 months old:

  • For Indian Nationals – Bank Statement / Electricity Bill / Phone Bill
  • For Foreign Nationals -Bank Statement / Electricity Bill / Phone Bill
Process of Registration : 

RUN Name Approval

First process of a private limited company is to get name approval from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. we as provide at least two names will approval time incase one name is rejected than others can be used.

Digital Signature

Digital Signature must be obtained for the proposed Directors of the Company. A digital signature is required for the signing of the incorporation application. 

Incorporation Application Submission

On obtaining a Digital signature we can submit the application for incorporation of the company. there is no requirement of name approval while submitting the form. If the name is available, the company would be incorporated. In case of non-availability of name, the incorporation documents must be resubmitted,

Private Limited Company Incorporation

On submission of the incorporation application, a private limited company incorporation certificate along with PAN and TAN is provided within 1-2 business days by the MCA.

    MCA to introduce the "SPICe+" form to replace the existing SPICe form.  Stakeholders may please note that as part of the Government of India’s Ease of Doing Business initiative , the Ministry of Corporate Affairs would be shortly notifying   replacing the existing SPICe form to SPICe+ form SPICe+   would be an integrated Web form offering multiple services  name reservation, incorporation, DIN allotment, mandatory issue of PAN, TAN, EPFO, etc. SPICe+   web form, RUN shall be applicable only for the change of name of existing companies.
