INC 20 A Commencement of Business Certificate late fees explained

Company Registered after the commencement of the Company Amendment, 2018 in India and having a Share Capital is required to file for the commencement of business certificate before commencing any business 

Time Limit for Obtaining Commencement of Business Certificate.

The commencement of business certificate must be obtained within 180 days of incorporation of the company.

The Government fee for obtaining Commencement of Business Certificate is as below:
Share Capital: Less than 100000                                    Rupees    200 application fee
Share Capital: 1,00,000 to 4,99,999                                    Rupees    300 application fee
 Share Capital: 5,00,000 to 24,99,999                                       Rupees     400 application  fee
  Share Capital : 25,00,000 to 99,99,999                                   Rupees      500 application fee
 Share Capital  ; 1,00,00,000 or more                                        Rupees        600  application fee

MCA to introduce the "SPICe+" form to replace the existing SPICe form.  Stakeholders may please note that as part of the Government of India’s Ease of Doing Business initiative , the Ministry of Corporate Affairs would be shortly notifying   replacing the existing SPICe form to SPICe+ form SPICe+   would be an integrated Web form offering multiple services  name reservation, incorporation, DIN allotment, mandatory issue of PAN, TAN, EPFO, etc. SPICe+   web form, RUN shall be applicable only for the change of name of existing companies.
